Jewelry Warranty:

The warranty for manufacturing defects for jewelry in gold, silver and other materials is six (6) months counted from the invoice date of the product.

It does NOT cover the natural wear that the product suffers with the use, nor the damages originated by bad use of the same one, such as:

– Semi-hard or accidental knocks (this includes Emerald encapsulated in crystal).

– Burst of chain or bracelet

– Breakage or loss of precious stones, or any stone set in the jewelry.

– Damage to the jewelry caused by contact with: sweat, chlorine, salt water, chemicals, cleaning products, make-up, hot water, perfumes, creams and lacquers.

– Intentional damage of the jewel to extract one or several gems (our experts evaluate the photographs sent by the client and/or the physical piece, after their analysis they determine if the piece was intentionally exposed or modified).

– Change of the natural state of the precious or semi-precious stone. White gold jewelry requires periodic maintenance (rhodium plating) to preserve its luster and color. The rhodium plating with use, contact with creams, perfumes and soaps tends to be lost, which is not a manufacturing defect of the product and therefore is not covered by the warranty.

– Jewelry with stones suffer deterioration of the setting with normal use, when they are hit or rubbed, causing the stones to come loose, which is not a defect of the product and is not covered by the warranty.

– The weave of some bracelets and chains will stretch over time, but this is not a manufacturing defect.

– The enlargement or reduction of gold rings up to one size will be done without charge to the customer, provided that 1) The design of the ring allows the adjustment, for this it is suggested that the jeweler evaluates the piece at the time of requesting the modification or making the purchase. 2) The discount of the product is equal or less than 10%.

Procedure for warranty claims:

1.        Send via certified and secure courier the piece to our address 3180 Emerson Avenue Palm Springs,Fl point of attention of GAIA BUSINESS GROUP LLC, together with the due invoice of purchase of the product (original or copy), issued maximum six (6) months prior to the claim.

– The goldsmiths and professionals of the workshop evaluate the piece to determine the reason for the damage and determine whether or not the warranty on the product received is effective.

– The respective repair form (GB003) is filled out, which contains all the customer’s information, condition, damage and result of the product evaluation. The report will be sent to the customer via email, social network, instant messaging and / or text message, as well as the time and method of delivery of the product will be established with the customer according to the location (city or country of residence), shipping costs, etc. if the warranty is effective or not.
